Fighting Sons was produced in or around 1919 and refers
to soldiers who enlisted in World War I (1914-1918) and
who came from or had family in the Northern Districts
of New South Wales or Southern Queensland. Similar publications
were produced for other areas of Australia.

the first fifty years of settlement in the Richmond River

were members of the Upper Clarence Light Horse, the Richmond

and the 4th Squadron, New South Wales Lancers. The original
